Choose a flexible 14-day pay-as-you-go rental or spread a fixed 30-, 60-, or 90-day plan across payments due every 14 days. A refundable $150 deposit is due with your first payment. Fixed-term plans require all scheduled payments, and early termination terms apply.
The Flexible 14-Day Plan
$415 Total
Get the transportation you need now without committing beyond the next two weeks. The Flexible 14-Day Plan is best for customers who need dependable transportation right away but are not ready to commit to a 30-, 60-, or 90-day plan.
- Keep your options open. Whether your car is at the mechanic, you are between vehicles, or your plans are still uncertain, you only commit to the 14 days you need.
- Take care of everyday life with less hassle. Get to work, run errands, attend appointments, and handle family responsibilities without putting your routine on pause.
- Enjoy the freedom to move on your own time. Take a quiet drive to clear your head, stop by your favourite café, or make plans with friends and family without arranging a ride.
- Extend only when it still works for you. Continue for another 14 days when needed, subject to availability. No long-term commitment and no early termination fee.
The Practical 30-Day Plan
$800 Total
Give yourself a month to fall back into a rhythm that feels good. The Practical 30-Day Plan is best for customers who need dependable transportation for one month and want an affordable way to restore their routine, independence, and personal time.
- Keep your transportation cost manageable. Two payments of $400 help you stay mobile while still making room for bills, groceries, savings, and the things you enjoy.
- Make everyday life feel lighter. Get to work, Bible study, appointments, and your weekly book club without building your entire day around finding a ride.
- Enjoy a simpler rental experience. Maintenance and third-party commercial insurance are included, giving you fewer vehicle-related responsibilities to carry.
- Pour back into yourself. Sign up for that pottery class, spend a quiet afternoon at your favourite café, or take a peaceful drive when you need space to clear your mind.
The Breezy 60-Day Plan
$1,550 Total
Give yourself enough time to settle in and enjoy life without rushing your next move. The Breezy 60-Day Plan is great for customers facing a longer transition who want affordability, breathing room, and the freedom to keep enjoying life while planning what comes next.
- Stretch your budget a little further. Four payments of $387.50 give you a lower scheduled rate while helping you manage two months of dependable transportation.
- Take your time making the right decision. Whether your car is still at the mechanic or you are saving toward another one, you can choose your next step calmly instead of feeling pressured.
- Get home with greater peace of mind after a late-night shift. Having a vehicle waiting for you means less time standing around at night or depending on uncertain transportation.

The 90-Day Peace Plan
$2,250 Total
Give yourself three months of dependable freedom and the space to focus on what matters most. The 90-Day Peace Plan gives you our best long-term value, a dependable routine, and three months of freedom to work, plan, connect, and enjoy life at your leisure.
- Receive our lowest scheduled-payment rate. Six payments of $375 provide our strongest long-term value and make your transportation costs easier to plan around.
- Build a steady routine for yourself and your family. Handle school runs, grocery trips, work schedules, and taking the kids to the pool without constantly rearranging everyone’s day.
- Protect your independence. You should not have to accept rides from strangers or people you do not feel comfortable with simply because you need to get somewhere.
- Enjoy the people you love. Plan a girls’ or guys’ night out, take an evening drive with your hubbie or wifey, or spend a relaxed weekend visiting family across the island.
Pay once upfront for your full 30-, 60-, or 90-day rental term. No installment payments or $150 deposit are required. Pay in Full plans are fixed-term commitments, and early termination terms apply.

We believe renting a vehicle should feel clear and straightforward. These FAQs explain what you can expect from Bleubird Rentals and what we ask from you, so you can choose the right rental option and enjoy your vehicle with confidence.
Rental Options and Payments
Bleubird Rentals offers short-term rentals, scheduled-payment plans, and Pay in Full plans.
Short-Term Rentals
- Daily Rental: $45 per day
- Weekly Rental: $250 for 7 days
Daily and Weekly Rentals are paid at the start of the rental. A refundable $150 deposit is also required.
Pay Every 14 Days
Pay Every 14 Days allows you to pay for your rental through scheduled 14-day payments. Your first payment is due when the rental begins, and each remaining payment is due every 14 days from the date of your first payment.
This option includes:
- The Flexible 14-Day Plan, which is pay-as-you-go
- Fixed-term 30-, 60-, and 90-day plans paid in installments
A refundable $150 deposit is required at the start of all Pay Every 14 Days rentals.
Pay in Full
Pay in Full allows you to pay the complete cost of a 30-, 60-, or 90-day plan upfront.
No additional rental payments are required during the selected term, and no $150 deposit is required.
The 30-, 60-, and 90-day options are fixed-term plans whether you choose Pay Every 14 Days or Pay in Full.
If the rental period you need is not shown as one of our advertised packages, you can still receive a quote through our booking page.
Simply click “Make a Reservation” and enter your preferred pickup and return dates and times for the rental period you need.
Select “Confirm” to continue to the next page, where you will see the rate for the rental period you entered.
If you are ready to proceed, complete the remaining reservation steps and submit your rental request for review.
Are installment plans available for off-market package terms?
Installment payment plans may be available for rental periods that equal or exceed 30 days and are subject to Bleubird Rentals’ review and approval.
If an installment plan is approved, a refundable $150 deposit will be required with the first payment. The installment amount and payment schedule will be confirmed before the rental begins.
All installment payment plans, including approved off-market installment arrangements, are subject to the applicable $50 early termination fee if the rental is ended before the agreed rental term is completed.
Off-market rental periods of less than 30 days must be paid in full and are not eligible for installment payments.
The Flexible 14-Day Plan is a pay-as-you-go rental with no long-term commitment.
You pay $415 for each 14-day rental period. Your first $415 payment and a refundable $150 deposit are due when the rental begins.
At the end of the paid 14-day period, you may return the vehicle or request another 14-day rental period. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be approved and paid for before the new rental period begins.
There is no early termination fee because you are not committed beyond your current paid 14-day rental period.
Yes. These plans offer lower scheduled payment rates in exchange for committing to the full selected rental period.
- The Practical 30-Day Plan: $800 over 30 days, paid in 2 installments of $400
- The Breezy 60-Day Plan: $1,550 over 60 days, paid in 4 installments of $387.50
- The 90-Day Peace Plan: $2,250 over 90 days, paid in 6 installments of $375
The first installment is due when the rental begins. Every remaining installment is due every 14 days from the date of the first payment.
By selecting one of these plans, you agree to the full rental term and all scheduled payments unless the rental is ended under the early termination terms.
Daily, Weekly, and Flexible 14-Day Rentals are not fixed-term commitment plans beyond their current paid rental periods.
If you return the vehicle before the end of a 30-, 60-, or 90-day plan, your rental cost will be recalculated up to the date of return using the original daily rate assigned to your selected plan.
A $50 early termination fee will then be added to the recalculated rental cost.
For example, if you select The Practical 30-Day Plan but return the vehicle after 21 days:
- Assigned daily rate: $26.67
- 21 rental days: $560.07
- Early termination fee: $50
- Final rental cost: $610.07
Payments already made will be applied toward the final rental cost. Any remaining balance will be due. Any applicable overpayment will be processed after valid charges or deductions have been considered.
The same calculation applies to both Pay Every 14 Days and Pay in Full fixed-term plans.
The $50 early termination fee does not apply to Daily, Weekly, or Flexible 14-Day Rentals because these options do not require a longer-term commitment beyond the current paid rental period.
A refundable $150 deposit is required for:
- Daily Rentals
- Weekly Rentals
- The Flexible 14-Day Plan
- The Practical 30-Day Plan when paid every 14 days
- The Breezy 60-Day Plan when paid every 14 days
- The 90-Day Peace Plan when paid every 14 days
For Daily and Weekly Rentals, the deposit is due with the full rental payment at the start of the rental.
For The Flexible 14-Day Plan, the deposit is due with the first $415 payment.
For the 30-, 60-, and 90-day installment plans, the deposit is due with the first scheduled payment and is not charged again with later installments.
No deposit is required for 30-, 60-, or 90-day Pay in Full plans.
Your deposit is refundable after the vehicle is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in the same condition in which it was received, allowing for normal use during the rental.
Deductions may be made for new damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, or other applicable costs.
Payments should only be made after your rental request has been reviewed and confirmed by a Bleubird Rentals agent. Do not send any payment before receiving final confirmation.
Daily and Weekly Rentals
The full rental payment and refundable $150 deposit must be paid in cash when the rental begins.
- Daily Rental: $45 per day
- Weekly Rental: $250 for 7 days
Pay Every 14 Days
- The first rental payment and refundable $150 deposit must be paid in cash when the rental begins.
- Remaining installments for the 30-, 60-, and 90-day plans may be paid by cash or bank transfer.
- Each remaining installment is due every 14 days from the date of the first payment.
- Each new Flexible 14-Day rental period must be approved and paid for before that period begins.
Pay in Full
Pay in Full customers may pay by cash or bank transfer.
Bank transfers for Pay in Full rentals should be completed two to three business days before the scheduled pickup date. Payment confirmation and the transaction reference number must be submitted at least 48 hours before pickup.
A bank-transfer payment is not considered complete until the funds and transaction information have been received and confirmed by Bleubird Rentals.
Vehicle pickup will not be permitted until all required payments have been confirmed. A receipt will be provided for all payments.
No. Once your rental is confirmed, the assigned rate will remain the same for the approved rental period.
This applies to Daily, Weekly, Flexible 14-Day, and fixed-term rental plans.
An extension, renewal, or new rental period will be confirmed separately and may be subject to the rates and vehicle availability in effect at that time.
Booking and Rental Process
Submit a Request / Reservation: Click the "Make Reservation" button to open our booking page. Enter your preferred pickup and return dates and times, and upload a clear photo of your valid driver's licence.
Review: A Bleubird Rentals agent will review your request to confirm availability and the vehicles available for your requested dates and times.
Confirm: You will receive a WhatsApp message confirming whether a vehicle is available. If one is available for your requested period, we will confirm the vehicle model with you and your scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Drive: We can bring the vehicle to you, or you can pick it up. Before you receive the keys, we will review and sign the Rental Agreement with you and complete a quick walk-around inspection of the vehicle. Once you are satisfied and everything is complete, you are ready to drive.
- A fully serviced, road-ready vehicle
- Third-party commercial insurance
- Unlimited mileage
- Maintenance for mechanical problems not caused by the customer
- A full tank of gas at pickup whenever possible
If the vehicle is provided with less than a full tank, the starting fuel level will be recorded.
These inclusions apply to Daily, Weekly, Flexible 14-Day, and fixed-term rental plans.
- Be at least 25 years old
- Have a current, valid driver's licence
- Provide a valid residential address where the rental vehicle will be kept during the rental period
Additional identification, proof of address, or supporting documents may be requested before your rental is approved and confirmed.
Submit your rental request through our booking page by selecting your preferred pickup and return dates and times and providing the requested information, including a clear photo of your valid driver’s licence.
Your request will then be reviewed by a Bleubird Rentals agent. If a vehicle is available and your request is approved, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the available vehicle, rental plan, and scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Do not send payment until Bleubird Rentals has reviewed and approved your request and provided confirmation.
After any required payment and documentation have been completed, you will review and sign the Rental Agreement and complete a quick vehicle walk-around at pickup or delivery. The rental is finalized when all required steps are complete, and the vehicle is released to you.
All vehicles are subject to availability.
Vehicles displayed on the website or booking page are not guaranteed until your rental request has been reviewed and confirmed by a Bleubird Rentals agent.
An agent will confirm the actual vehicle available before payment and pickup. Where necessary, Bleubird Rentals may offer a comparable vehicle based on availability.
Vehicle Use and Customer Responsibilities
Your rental vehicle will normally have a full tank of gas when you receive it and should be returned with a full tank.
If, for any reason, you receive the vehicle with less than a full tank, you are only required to return it at the same fuel level at which it was received.
The fuel level will be recorded at the start of the rental. If the vehicle is returned below the recorded level, applicable refuelling costs or charges may be deducted from your deposit or added to your final balance.
Bleubird Rentals handles mechanical faults caused by normal use, ordinary wear and tear, or a vehicle-related issue that was not caused by the customer.
Contact Bleubird Rentals immediately if a warning light appears, the vehicle overheats, operates unusually, breaks down, or may be unsafe to drive.
Do not continue driving an unsafe vehicle or arrange repairs without our approval.
Customers may be responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, reckless driving, an accident, ignoring warning signs, using the wrong fuel, driving through flooded or unsuitable areas, or making unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Responsibility and applicable costs will be determined using the vehicle inspection, supporting information, and the circumstances of the incident.
Make sure everyone is safe and contact the police immediately. You must also notify Bleubird Rentals as soon as it is safe to do so.
You are responsible for:
- Reporting the accident to the police
- Obtaining and submitting the police report to Bleubird Rentals
- Providing any official finding or outcome regarding who was responsible once it becomes available
- Cooperating with requests for photographs, statements, or other supporting information
- Arranging and paying for towing if the vehicle cannot be safely driven
Do not leave the vehicle unsecured or authorize repairs without approval from Bleubird Rentals.
Responsibility for damage and other accident-related costs will be determined using the police information, available evidence, and applicable insurance conditions.
No. Smoking is not permitted in any Bleubird Rentals vehicle.
The customer may be responsible for cleaning, deodorizing, burns, stains, or other smoking-related damage and charges.
Only drivers who have been approved by Bleubird Rentals and listed in the Rental Agreement may drive the vehicle.
Any additional driver must satisfy Bleubird Rentals' age, licence, identification, and approval requirements before driving the vehicle.
Allowing an unauthorized person to drive may affect insurance coverage and may result in additional charges, termination of the rental, or responsibility for resulting damage, loss, towing, or other costs.
Extensions, Scheduled Payments and Returns
Extension requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date and time.
This applies to Daily, Weekly, Flexible 14-Day, and fixed-term rentals.
All extension requests are subject to:
- Vehicle availability
- Bleubird Rentals' approval
- Payment of the applicable rental rate
- Completion of any required documents
An extension is not confirmed until it has been approved by a Bleubird Rentals agent and the required payment has been received.
Submitting an extension request does not guarantee that the vehicle will remain available.
Installment payments are due every 14 days according to your confirmed payment schedule.
If you know you may have difficulty making a payment on time, please contact Bleubird Rentals before the payment due date. Contacting us does not automatically change the payment schedule, and any payment arrangement or change must be approved by Bleubird Rentals.
If a payment is missed without prior communication or an approved arrangement, the rental may be terminated, and the vehicle may be required to be returned immediately.
Customers remain responsible for applicable rental charges until the vehicle is returned to or recovered by Bleubird Rentals, along with any outstanding balance and reasonable documented vehicle-recovery expenses caused by the default.
Keeping the vehicle beyond the approved return date or time does not automatically extend the rental.
Contact Bleubird Rentals before the scheduled return time if you believe you may be late. Any additional rental time must be approved and paid for.
An unauthorized late return may result in additional charges, termination of the rental, or vehicle-recovery action.
Important Rental Information
These FAQs provide a general overview of Bleubird Rentals’ rental options, payment plans, policies, and rental process.
Your rental is also governed by the signed Rental Agreement, which provides further details about customer responsibilities, permitted vehicle use, insurance conditions, vehicle care, damage, accidents, fees, prohibited activities, payment defaults, and other rental terms.
All rentals are subject to customer approval, vehicle availability, required payments, and completion of the Rental Agreement.
If there is any difference between these FAQs and the signed Rental Agreement, the signed Rental Agreement will apply.
